The man admitted that he had sent the email to the police
headquarters on Saturday but said that he had good intentions and
the email was only to inform police about a planned attack against
Orban. He claimed that he had accidentally overheard a conversation
about the planned attack.
An investigation in the case is going on.
Fidesz spokesperson Andras Cser-Palkovics said on Saturday that
the party had been informed by police about a threatening email
which contained information about a planned attack against the
Fidesz leader.
